No two people are alike, and each treatment must be planned and developed for that particular person. Dr. Davis will evaluate your needs, listen to your goals, and offer you appropriate and healthy treatment options. The fees for each option will be reviewed with you at your Consultation appointment.

Dr. Davis believes that financial considerations should not be an obstacle to obtaining the highest quality orthodontic treatment. Mansfield Orthodontics offers patients the ability to customize a payment plan that works within their budget. Most patients choose to finance their treatment in our office with OrthoFi, selecting their own monthly and down payment amounts. OrthoFi also allows you to easily manage your account online, including making online payments, viewing invoices, and printing receipts.

At Mansfield Orthodontics we want to help make your Orthodontic Journey as convenient as possible!

Here at Mansfield Orthodontics, we are committed to helping you make the most of your dental insurance and employee benefits.
We are an In-Network Provider for many dental insurances, allowing you to take advantage of the maximum savings from your dental insurance benefits. Please check your plan documents or check with your Human Resources office to determine if you have Orthodontic Coverage (and up to what age) on your Dental Insurance policy. If there is coverage, it will often be set at a portion (often 50%) of the treatment fee, up to a lifetime maximum of $1000 – $2000. That means once, not once each year, even though orthodontic treatment will often extend past one year. Braces and Invisalign may have different levels of coverage, and you may need a pre-determination from your insurance company will help us and you to understand how much coverage you have for your orthodontic treatment.

If your employer offers one, you can also use your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to help pay for orthodontic treatment. Your dental insurance may cover some of the cost, and you can use your FSA or HSA for the balance. FSAs and HSAs allow you set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for qualified medical expenses for yourself, your spouse and eligible dependents. Using pre-tax income to pay for orthodontics is a significant savings for you as well. Ask your employer about how to utilize your specific FSA or HSA. We can provide the documentation you may need to be able to use your accounts.

For 2023, FSAs can be funded by you up to $3,050 per year per employer. If you’re married, your spouse can put up to $3,050 in an FSA with their employer too. You generally must use the money in an FSA by December 31st, as it will not roll over into the next plan year. An HSA is slightly different and is only associated with a “high deductible” health insurance plan. This account allows for rollover each year of funds from the current year. For 2023, you can contribute up to $3,850 for single person coverage and up to $7,750 for family coverage into an HSA.

If you don’t have dental benefits to utilize, or for amounts not covered by dental insurance and FSA/HSA, we can offer payment plans. Before beginning your treatment, we’ll discuss treatment fees, insurance coverage, and financial arrangements in detail. We have partnered with OrthoFi to offer the most flexible and customizable payment options: zero interest financing, a discount for payment in full at the start of the treatment, and flexibility in choosing your initial payment and monthly payments.
